They provided a very detailed inspection of my 5th wheel purchase, answered all my questions and were extremely helpful and professional.They identified all the potential problems and actual problems. Which gave us a lot of information when negotiating the price. The dealership assured me they had done their own inspection, but I still had a lot of question marks and didn’t know what I didn’t know. Hiring this team was the best decision I could’ve made. For the fee I paid, I received a nearly 600-page report complete with videos, photos, clear descriptions, and even prioritized lists of major issues versus minor ones. The format made it simple to understand what really mattered and what I needed to address with the dealership before buying.They were incredibly thorough. For example, they noted that the leveler couldn’t be engaged. It turned out you just had to have the truck turned on, not just the house for it to work, which the dealership later showed me. But the fact that experienced RVers couldn’t engage it right away told me it wasn’t as intuitive as I might have assumed, and it gave me confidence that I wasn’t missing something important.What impressed me most was the balance: they caught aesthetic, functional, and mechanical details across the entire “house” portion of the RV. While they don’t go deep into engine, transmission, or drivetrain work, they were upfront about that. They did however run the truck and listen for any issues. My plan is to take it into Freightliner to have the fluids tested and a little deeper dive. But with all the issues they found combined with my warranty , I felt really great about the purchase. But when it comes to the living, electrical, water, and usability side of an RV, their inspection was second to none.The service was professional, detailed, and an outstanding value—especially compared to other companies I’d seen that charge as much as $2,000 or more. I gave them the order on a Friday. They scheduled the inspection for the first day the dealership would let them get out there in order to accommodate me. I highly recommend them to anyone considering an RV purchase, whether from a dealership or a private party. They gave me peace of mind, saved me from what could have been costly oversights, and made my first RV buying experience a positive one.
