Reinspection – verification that issues found during the inspection have been repaired  $150 (plus travel fees if necessary)

We are unlikely to charge a travel fee if our destination is within about 2 hours of San Antonio.

Examples: Boerne, Seguin, Kerrville, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Uvalde, LaVernia, Leakey, Concan, Del Rio, Laredo, Kyle, Buda, Bastrop, LaGrange

The exception to this would be travel to Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lorena because we’ll have to use Tollroad 130, probably, which is costly. Traffic to the north of San Antonio is unpleasant, and causes us to get back to the office very late, making the report very late. So if we travel to Austin or points north, we will charge a $50 fee.

If the destination is far enough away to require a night in a hotel, the fee will be $150 per night. We require a name-brand hotel with reliable WiFi/Internet in order to do the report the same day as the inspection, so less expensive hotels would not qualify.
